AFTER THE HARVEST, THAT NORMALLY TAKES PLACE BETWEEN THE END OF  SEPTEMBER AND THE BEGINNING OF OCTOBER, THE GRAPES ARE PRESSED AND FERMENTED, FOR CA. 12 DAYS NUMEROUS PUNCHING DOWNS ARE MADE AT A TEMPERATURE OF 20-22°C

Aging:

IN STAINLESS STEEL TANKS AND THEN IN BOTTLES

INTENSE RUBY RED

Nose:

BROAD, FRUITY AND FLORAL FRAGRANCE, WITH SCENTS OF CHERRY FLOWERS AND BLACK CHERRIES

Taste:

DRY, HARMONIC, WITH CLEAR RED FRUIT NOTES IN BALANCE WITH A SAPID FINISH

 

Serving Temperature:

THE WINE HAS TO BE SERVED AT A TEMPERATURE OF 16-18°C
