AFTER THE HARVEST, THE GRAPES ARE DRIED FOR MINIMUM 4 MONTHS LOOSING CA. 40% OF THEIR WEIGHT. THE MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AMARONE AND RECIOTO IS THAT RECIOTO HAS A BIGGER QUANTITY OF NON-FERMENTED SUGARS, GIVING TO THIS WINE ITS PECULIAR SWEETNESS

Aging:

IN OAK BARRELS FOR MINIMUM 12 MONTHS AND THEN IN BOTTLES

INTENSE RUBY RED

Nose:

INTENSE AND COMPLEX BOUQUET, WITH NOTES OF RED FRUIT, JAM, BLACK CHERRIES AND SOME HINTS OF VANILLA

Taste:

IMPORTANT STRUCTURE, ELEGANT AND MOUTHFILLING, GREAT SWEETNESS IN BALANCE WITH A FINAL ACIDITY NOTE, THAT GUARANTEES A GOOD DRINKABILITY

 

Serving Temperature:

THE WINE HAS TO BE SERVED AT A TEMPERATURE OF 18-20°C
