AFTER THE HARVEST, THE GRAPES ARE DRIED FOR MINIMUM 4 MONTHS LOOSING CA. 40% OF THEIR WEIGHT, THEN THE PROCESS OF VINIFICATION STARTS

Aging:

IN OAK BARRELS FOR MINIMUM 18 MONTHS AND THEN IN BOTTLES

DEEP RUBY RED WITH GARNET TINGES

Nose:

INTENSE, COMPLEX, FRUITY, FLORAL, SPICY, WITH CLEAR NOTES OF PLUMS AND BLACK CHERRIES. MOREOVER, HINTS OF CHOCOLATE AND TOBACCO

Taste:

DRY, FULL-BODIED AND BROAD, WITH SOFT AND MOUTHFILLING TANNINS, THAT LEAVE SPACE ALSO TO NOTES OF RIPE FRUIT AND CHOCOLATE

 

Serving Temperature:

THE WINE HAS TO BE SERVED AT A TEMPERATURE OF 18-20°C

AN HOUR BEFORE SERVING THE WINE
